Risk Management Plan

My half working day today was spent on a Divisional Management Meeting and a big part of it was discussed about the Risk Management Plan. Out respected GM has ran through the brief of RMP a month ago and tasked all the department head to come out with a RMP for their respective department.

Mo was not in that 'education' section and I was told to convey the message to her. And that was a while ago we have completed the so call draft of our RMP and was forwarded to our big brother in the same team. Today, we came to this session where Mr RO wants to go through the RMP of each dept in front of everyone. Everyone here always refer to those who are in the meeting only. There's two new member in this division and therefore, the RMP session has unexpectedly dragging longger due to alot of objections and explaination and bla bla bla... It is, very tiring. But, if you see it from another angle, it's quite interesting. Some were quite neutral towards the ideas, some were quite opinionate, and some were quite offensive...and some...dunno. So,..it was a great session!

Another thing which I found interesting is different people looking at same thing differently. Some suggested that we should rephrase the sentence, the English is improper, ...but some commented that the meaning is understood as we are not in the English class, we don't have to be that particular in the way we write..... hmmm...I started to think I am one of the neutral fellow.

And I am now have to stay back in the office to edit my RMP so that it looks more like it is what it suppose to be. You dont know what I;m talking about? Doesn't matter here..it's just a diary anyway :) You dont have to scratch your head for this little matter
