The agency has really get on my nerves! What kind of client service is that? It's sucks!
Do you have an agency that works for you before which always need you to remind them on the deadline, call them to find out the outcome, if not they will never call back,....?
Me: Ms M, may I have your staff Ms. Mel's handphone number? (she was not in the office)
Ms M: Oh yeah, we just came out from a meeting and I will get her to call u.
So I was waiting for one hour, no one call me to follow up. And finally, I get on hold of Ms. Mel.
Me: Hi there, have you saw my email?
Ms. Mel: I have not look into it yet. What's that?
Me: ...the insert design, I have forwarded the changes requested by our partner to you earlier and told Ms M to get you call me asap. Anyway, can you look into it and get your creative people to revert to me asap.
Ms. Mel: I have to see how much is the changes, (sounds so impatience) ...
Me: You know that we are meeting deadline today and every minute we missed is the cause of delay. Could you please go through it now?
Ms. Mel: ......
Then, we both hung up the phone. And, I waited for another 20 minutes she didnt call me back (in my email, I reminded her a few times to call me before go ahead with the changes, as I have to explain to her before she goes wrong with it). So, I pick up the phone and ring her again.
She then sounded very impatience and said: I have already passed them to the creative team, what else that is not mentioned?

Can someone assume that they know if they in fact dont really know what are the requirements? Is that how the 3As agency should work?
I believe the quality of staffs, the client services of the company is more important on top of all. Dont you think so?
