Travel around places and experience different cultures and met different people ... I wish I could re-visit most of the places I have been but unfortunately, my last trip to Hong Kong was't a pleasant one.
It's not a place that gives me favourable memory nor unforgettable pleaseant experience. No good for sightseeing as I don't see any great great awesome architecture nor natural wonders. hmmm...and everyone who been to HK said it's a shopping paradise. I'm doubted.
Well, It's still good to experience the HK culture though; from what we see and heard own our own.
Future HK trip? If I would visit HK again, I think it's most like ly because of the cheap flight ticket.

Year End Clearance 2010
Both the hardisk of my company laptop and my personal portable hardisk is malfunction last month, one follow by another. There are very little files successfully recovered. I lost most of my files and photos taken all these years.
It is not fun to loose the 'memories' of all the great times including the sweet and sour.
There's tons of photography collection I accummulated throughout the years of travelling, the pictures of Hilton's puppyhood and the first 3 years of his life are all gone. I know I have to accept the truth but still ... hard to get over.
I think it's time to clear my negative vibes again in this year end. Why?
Last Saturday evening I was 'appointed' to be Olive in the company annual dinner. I was so reluctant but had to follow the instruction. Since I have no choice but to do it, I choosed to be a beautiful Olive instead. I do the make-over all by myself and matched up the clothing with accessories. Luckily it turned up okay and people do say: "hey, u look alike Olive today." And u know what? I won the Best Dress Couple Prize and got Parkson gift card. Christmas shopping hooray!
Well, put it in a more positive way: "Good or bad, hard to say."
I think afterall, I have more room to fill with good luck and positive vibes are on my way!

I Am Back
My last post was published on December 9, 2009. It has bee almost 5 months since my last update here. I have been spending so much time at work as well as my house renovation planning. With all the 'business' in the last few months, I found that facebook is something easier to update. Therefore, I have been highly involved in it recently. However, I know I will be back here, someday. I never wanted to abandone this blog, forever. As it has recorded alot of my memories, from TIME TO TIME.

A group of tourists were left horrified when they came across the grisly sight of a polar bear eating a cub in northern Canada.
The large male adult bear had separated the baby from its mother and killed it in the Churchill Wildlife Management Area, in northern Manitoba, close to Hudson Bay.
Witnesses were left shaken and tearful after the incident.

According to scientists, eight cases of mature male polar bears eating cubs have been reported this year in Churchill. Four cases were reported to Manitoba Conservation and four to Environment Canada.
Tour guide John Gunter said: ‘A big male polar bear separated a young cub from its mother and had its way with the cub.
‘But the whole time, while that mother polar bear watched and witnessed, and actually after the big bears left, she still tried to take care of it.’
One theory for the cannibalism is that climate change is melting the bears’ Arctic hunting grounds, forcing them to survive on land for longer and hence leading the starving animals to turn on their own for food.

Weeding At My Backyard
I spent hours weeding at the backyard last Sunday. It is harder than I thought as the roots are creeping through the ground all over the place.
I tried so hard to pull out the roots and there are still A LOT ...
I think the grass will grow again very soon in this raining season :(
Anyway, spending an afternoon doing some work and taking the time to think about something quietly is not as bad though.

A bag fulls of grass and roots, weight a few KG I guess.
There's a lot of broken glasses all over the place. I wonder where they come from??

幸福的早晨
清晨醒来， 发现狗狗已爬在床边， 静静地等着妈咪起床。 我睁开一只眼偷偷地瞄他， 却被他灵敏地发现了。 他摆着尾巴走向我， 高兴地不停舔我的脸颊， 把我逗得乐透了。 一个早晨就在一片欢笑声中开始了。
把他放到屋外边便便之后， 我才开始打点自己。 今天的早餐是： 营养丰富又滋补养颜的燕窝！
你一定开始说我‘好脸’了吧。其实不是啦。那可是大概一年前买下的哦。 现在才有时间好好享用。 可想而知，那不是什么奢侈。 心里的感觉确实是像嘴里的滋味，甜甜地。

Baumkuchenturm
When we are visiting Ginza, Teru treated us this delicious pastry called Baumkuchen. The texture is soooo soft and not too sweet in taste, Ichiban!
2 days ago Arai san visiting KL and brought me Baumkuchen from Japan.
I was soooo happy when I unwrapped the package and saw this thing in the box.
Eiza is kind enough to tell me that this pastry is not originally from Japan but the Japanese improved it and pack it nicely and coin it as Japanese pastry and bla bla bla....
Well, for me, the first time I had it is in Japan and I will always like to think this is Japanese pastry and remember the taste of first bite... hmmm....nice!

朋友问我累了吗？
与其说累了， 倒不如说是满足了生活中某个程度的欲望之后， 开始觉得平凡生活中一些简单的事物同样值得我去珍惜。 那些平凡的事，纯净的心灵和真心的朋友， 好像被我过去繁忙的时间表给遗忘。
刚刚在夏威夷回来时， 心里就知道上天的安排必定有他的原因。 好不容易让我可以停下脚步， 听听沉默已久的声音， 看看身边对我默默付出的人， 我开始明白， 最平凡的往往藏在不起眼处，但也最经得住时间的考验。

New Environment
Finally I have shifted to a rental house for a temporily basis until my house is renovated.
Hilton felt very nervous and panic last night and wandered in the house all the time. He wanted to come in to my room when I am getting to sleep. I wanted to let him in but worry if he get used to sleep in my room and refuse to sleep alone by himself next time. So, he end up went back downstairs. But I heard some sounds coming from downstairs in the middle of the night, I guess he couldnt fall asleep in a new environment.
This morning he didn't allow me to leave home and became very panic when I'm leaving.
arrrr.... poor boy
Hope he is fine and get used to the new environment soon.
