Mohana said giving sweets as a tradition is the belief that the guests will talk all sweet words in the wedding after they eat sweets.

Dinesh & Mohana's big day

This is the first Indian Temple Wedding I have ever attended. Helping out Mohana for her wedding and also become the bride's mate of hers.

Yup yup, Sari is gorgeous traditional Indian costume, colorful, feminine, and elegant! Elegant = have to carry yourself properly and can't jumping up and down. And personally I find it hard to put it on for long hours because I can't go pee!

Cranberries

Yeah!! I found the cranberries juice in Cold Storage, Times Square! Hooray!!

I was hungry the other day when I came out from meeting with Borders and walking by Cold Storage, thought to get something to eat from the market. I was too excited to see the cranberries juices displaying on the shelve and immediately grab two bottles and ran to the cashier.

Guess what, I forgot to buy food. Dont blame me for that. I searched around all the hypermarkets in town but couldnt find one, and finally get it now, and know where to buy it in future. So now I know, any food that I miss when I used to have in USA can be found here!

Queaky Toys

Here are the queaky toys with robes I have bought from Petsmore. As advised by Sean, I bought 2 sets to swap. When one of them is giving to Hilton, another one has to be hiden so he can't see it for a while. He really like the blue one which it looks like the broom. The queaky part doesnt really play any role.

From home

I am going to a meeting with some business units of Berjaya Group the whole morning today. It is schedule to start at 10:30am and that's why I am still at home now. If I leave home in 10 minutes time, I should be able to reach Plaza Berjaya at 10:15am. Perfect! :))

Later in the afternoon, I gotta send a DVD to another retailers and then head straight to BSA for a practice again (annual Dinner performance). It will be a long....day before I can see my little Hilton again. That's why I woke up so early this morning to settle him with food and 'business' and spent sometimes to play with him.

And now, he is coming my way from downstairs ( I heard the sounds of his footstep).. oh oh...
I gotta go.

Ballroom 9/11/07

As usual, I went to ballroom in OUG club last nite. I put on my new dress and my new shoe, get ready and go. Arrive there at 10pm (I'm half an hour late), Jacky already waiting and hanging around with some others. Later Sherene and Ivy came and later Jenny also arrive.

Not much I have dance last nite unlike last Friday. As usual, some seniors would teach us some new steps and skills. Normally James teach me new steps but I taught him Salsa last nite!! hahaa..unbelievable! Antonio wasn't there so I couldnt practice my salsa with him. But I did learnt a few new steps from Goh.

The Waltz with Jacky also funny. We try to move elegantly but crash others quite often. Those uncle auntie could have curse us in their mind for ruin their romantic moment. hahaa!

After the dance around 1:30am, we went for supper in Kuchai Lama. We stay there untill 3:30am and I almost pass out. I think I'm tooo old for stay up late. Better not next time.

Who is the devil?

Just the day before Ms. N depart to HK, she came to me early in the morning and told me she got a shock when she see my PMS final score in the portal. She looked quite anxious and called up HR to see how can she re-do my score. HR advised her to get Mr. R to reject my score and so Ms.M can re-key in my score from her side. But Ms. M is on leave untill next Tuesday will only be back on Wednesday. So our Mr. R requested HR to extend the accessment period till Wednesday.

With all my new marking, I am still in the border line of B and C. Later Ms N redo again one more time on my marking and finally I am 74.++ now. It can be either B, or (hopefully not) C.
Well, with all this drama, who should I believe in. Who is the devil?

Bad Boy!

Although everyday I am seeing Hilton, but I notice that he is growing bigger and bigger everyday. Yesterday, I suddenly realise that he is now a size of a full-size Jack Russel. My puppy is only coming to 3 months old and he is already so big. Not much of baby face shown on him now.

Sometimes he is so energetic and actively nasty. He doesnt care of what I am saying, the "NO NO" is meaningless to him. The paper stick also seems not so effective nowadays. He will run away and hide himself under the furniture whenever he sees me taking the paper but once I put it down, he will be doing his bad boy stuff again. Sigh... :(

I hold him in his chest and said:"look at me, listen, NO this No that...." He just trying to avoid eye contact with me by tilting his head aside away from me like telling me:"No No, I dont wan to listen, let me go...". Bad Boy!!

Tomorrow will be better

I have finnaly submitted my performance appraisal online today. The total score is 54.++. For my standard, 50 is passed. So my score is just a little bit over passed. Well, it's not satisfactory.
But what to do when you are not the favorate of the upper one when come to this thing. Yeah, it's definately demotivated and if u ask me how do I feel now, I will said: Don't u see my face?

Anyway, what else I can do? Just take it and remind myself: no worries, the God will know. And, smile it off :) Tomorrow will be better!!

Sunday 11:01pm

Sunday nite 11:01pm. Sitting at the corner surfing the internet, listening to my favorite music, and watching Hilton chewing the borne on my trampoline (he thinks is his). Ever since he came to my life, he means a lot to me, is one of my dearest family member, like a child!

But what do I mean for him? In the dog world, does he feel like I'm the family too?

Soon, Sunday is over ..again

Again, it's Sunday evening. It means a few more hours later I have to go to bed, prepare for the work tomorrow. Why Sunday always pass so quickly? Why?

My daily schedule has been quite busy since October. There's lot of things filling up my time other than work. Alot of annual dinner performance practices began in end of October. This will be continued till the first Sunday of December. Besides, I have my own dance class to attend every Tuesday evening, ballroom practice every Firday evening. I would like to make it every Friday but sometimes I am just too exhausted by all the activities in the week.

Tomorrow will have an extra class for the opening dance, which the 'teacher' yelled at us last week: "this group is sleeping! nonsence!! all nonsence!!!". I guess she is nonsence too by not giving proper guidance.....

Just bath my little and he is now lies down on the floor taking a nap while I am working on my laptop. Yeah, he smells like flower now.

Bad Day

So demotivated.... Now I know why many people prefer to self-employed rather than work for others. Besides to do the things that we like to and hope to earn more money, they dont have to report to others and hoping for the appreciation when doing the performance appraisal.

What you have to do is: to be responsible to your own 'accounts' and anything happen it will be your own accountanbility.
